Microplane Zester: Microplane makes the best grating utensils. The zester/grater is perfect for grating hard cheeses, like parmesan and citrus zesting.

Vinturi Wine Aerator: Yes, in my opinion, red wine is part of a healthy kitchen. The Vinturi aerator has an amazing effect on wine- better bouquet, enhanced flavors, and a smoother finish.

Kuhn Rikon Pepper Grinder: To get the most aroma from spices, it is best to grind them fresh. These ceramic grinders work great for all herbs and spices and have an adjustable wheel for fine to course grinds.

Misto Oil Sprayer: This top-selling kitchen accessory is designed for the health-conscious cook. It adds flavor with adding too much oil. Perfect for grilling, sauteeing, baking, and roasting. It is non-aerosol, so it is good for your health and the environment.
