“What’s the healthiest breakfast I can eat?”

Those of you that have read Glow By Jenni Houston already know this, as smoothies are an integral part of the 21-Day cleanse and the Healthy Living Plan. Making a healthy Bliss Super Smoothie is all about the ingredients and the amounts you use. As I mentioned before, you want to include a healthy protein, far and low sugar carbohydrate. For even more health benefits, you can include a superfood such as chia seeds, hemp seeds, maca, cacao, acai, or goji berries-to name a few.
