SILPAT - NON-STICK SILICONE BAKING MAT
Turn any pan into a non-stick surface. I use my Silpat instead for any baking recipe that calls for parchment paper as it replaces the need for butter, grease, oils, and sprays.

My rotisserie oven is one of my favorite tools in my kitchen. I use it at least twice a week to make perfect, homemade rotisserie chicken.

This is a must-have in any cooks kitchen. It can be used for used for shredding, chopping, mixing, and kneading. There are smaller versions available, but I like having a larger capacity machine.
