First, as many of you know, I launched the original the Bliss Body Plan a few months ago and it has been very successful helping many clients, friends and family create their ideal diet and live healthier lives. I am so happy to be able to provide a resource for people to get healthy!
In recent months, I have had a lot of requests to offer a self-guided version of the Bliss Body Plan– basically a stand alone eBook that you can do on your own and at your own pace. I debated back and forth about whether to do this, as I believe the plan has the best chance of success paired with my nutrition consulting. But after really thinking about it, I thought why not!? There are tons of wellness warriors out there who are self-motivators and self-starters that just need a comprehensive, holistic plan to follow to help them reach their optimal health.
